7:50 AM – Door slamming again while coming down to use the bathroom.

1:30 PM – Mom hasn’t disturbed me too much today and I was able to get some sleep. I’ve heard her talking a few times, but for the most part, it hasn’t been to bad. I might be OK tonight. That’s good because with the snow we’re expected to get, I need to be alert. Driving the truck in the snow can be tricky, like backing trailers into slippery docks, especially the ones that slope down. There’s also the snow that covers up the lines and makes it harder to line up to a dock.

4:45 PM – It seems there’s police cars chasing someone around and around the house. Apparently she’s the only one that hears it. She’s asked me what’s going on 3 times since she came downstairs 10 minutes ago. Maybe she’s confusing the tinnitus she has with sirens or something. I told her the only noise around here is the humidifier, the noise of tires on asphalt as cars go by and the microwave oven going off (she was heating her supper so she could take her pill before I leave for work.) As I was writing the last sentence, she came out to ask what was going on again. At least she’s been fairly quiet today. I haven’t heard too much talking from her.
