7:00 PM – I just finished going through today’s videos and there wasn’t any talking captured in any of them. Other than the normal up and down the stairs all day, the only other thing to report is that she decided to use my 10″ ceramic coated induction skillet to heat up some hot dogs… using a metal fork. I just happened to go out in the kitchen after she went upstairs and found them on the stove… heat still on. I threw them out, cleaned the pan and put it away. When she came back down later, she didn’t notice they were gone. The last time I know of that she did anything like that was several years ago and she ruined the skillet. I’m glad I caught it today when I did since that wasn’t a cheap one ($30.00 at Amazon.)

I have been so concerned about her starting a fire, even with the microwave. 😲
I haven’t been too worried about fire myself. She hasn’t been trying to cook anything on the stove, until now, and she’s never put anything metal in the microwave. I know there’s always a first time, but I don’t think that’s going to be a concern for very long.
In other news, the mortgage company is threatening to buy insurance themselves, so I’m going to go ahead and get my 401K loan going and get the house paid off to get them out of my hair.
How much would the insurance cost? Is it PMI?? Can you make a principal payment and make them happy?? How much principal do you still owe? (Your Dad doesn’t think you should mess with your 401K. )
I already have homeowners insurance on the house, but since I cancelled hers when I got it, they don’t seem to know there’s insurance on it for some reason. I should have the money in the bank to pay it off by Monday or Tuesday.
