March 14, 2020

1:55 PM – I got woken up by Mom messing with a coat rack in the other room. It has a bell on it, so every time she would move it, it would ring. It’s like she tries to keep me awake during the day. I tried to tell her that I wouldn’t be grouchy if she’d let me sleep and she decided that I was calling her grouchy, so she shouted that “this is my house.” I can’t wait for peace and quiet. Anyway, she left the TV on since last night, so I’m not going through 300 clips today. I’ve got to work tonight and then I’m off for the next 3 nights, so sometime during those next 3 days, I’ll try to see if I can set up the sleep timer on her TV so that it turns off after an hour any time she turns the TV on. I don’t know if there’s a permanent sleep timer setting like that or not, but I’ll look into it.

March 13, 2020

4:30 PM – The dumb stuff is starting to get to me. I got up at about 3 to use the bathroom and she had the coffee pod maker out, basically an iron that seals paper single coffee filters, and was attempting to fix a hole in an old pair of jeans with it. No patch or anything, just the iron. This doesn’t even get as hot as an actual iron. A bit ago, I discovered that she had opened a can of coffee that I picked up this morning, even though the one that was in the fridge was still about 3/4 of a can. Then I found out she had used paper towels to make some pods. They wouldn’t have even fit in the coffee maker, but she made a bunch of them. Right after that, she had a note on the counter about a broken closet door upstairs. I went up to investigate and noticed a rough spot on the carpet under her bedroom door. She has apparently been spraying hair spray under the crack of her bedroom door for some time now. Hopefully that will come out with the carpet cleaner without any problem. This is just what I noticed since getting up. I swear, she’s gonna drive me as crazy as her! Anyway, I’m not going to bother going through videos for today. I’m just going to take a little me time and play a game before I have to get ready for work.

March 12, 2020

1:45 AM – It appears that Mom woke up at about 12:20 AM and I just happened to be checking the cameras to make sure everything was okay. She was going on about how she thought that I wanted her dead so I could collect life insurance (which I don’t even know if she has any,) and how Troy doesn’t know what’s going on because he hasn’t come around for a long time. The story also changed to me telling everyone that she was dead and she would ask her invisible friends if she looked dead. The story changed back and forth several times. There was a lot more, then finally she went back into her room at 1:24. It looks like there was quite a bit of footage captured, although a lot of this happened in the living room, which isn’t set up to record anything, so there was a lot missed there. I will go through the footage when I get home from work this morning and post some clips. It seems things may be ramping up again after all. We shall see.

8:50 AM – I just finished going through footage up until midnight and I’m ready for bed, so I will go through what I can when I wake up. She did come down this morning and stopped and looked at me and said, “I’m not your enemy.” I asked her why she said that and she said that I had a pissed off look on my face. I do?? I have a toothache, but I’m not pissed off. *shrugs*

This is really weird, but after she comes into the room and is just standing in front of the camera is where I decided to check the cameras. It’s also where she starts with all the talking that lasted for an hour.
She starts showing someone around and telling them about the place.
At the beginning of this clip, she’s spreading her hands out. I believe she’s mimicking her Jesus statue she has on her entertainment center. I’m not sure what she’s talking about at the beginning, but at the end, she’s asking, “Why does he want me dead?” This continued to be the topic for the rest of the hour.
She’s talking pretty much this whole clip, so I’m not going to try to type everything else out. She turns on the TV at the beginning of this and ends up leaving it on all night, producing hundreds of clips with nothing but the TV flickering. This is where Troy’s name is first mentioned. She’s got some pretty off-the-wall stuff going on in her head here.
She hasn’t seen Troy for a long time. She thinks I want her dead so I can collect insurance money and so on. She gets up and goes downstairs where she continues on with the being dead theme. I got a little bit of it on the kitchen camera, but most of it was at the bottom of the stairs, which as I said, is not set up to record. I’ve only got the living room camera set up so that I can check to make sure she’s not laying at the bottom of the steps while I’m at work.
The camera shows her going into her bedroom and closing the door at 1:24. She doesn’t say anything at this point, just points towards the small bookcase the sits behind her chair, then walks into her room.

4:10 PM – Due to a limited amount of time and all of the upstairs clips to scan through yet, I’m not going to mess with going through the kitchen cam to see what that picked up. If I run into anything else from the upstairs cam, I’ll post those below. I did have a co-worker ask me if maybe she’s really talking to spirits last night. I told her that the problem with that is that with all the footage that I’ve captured, I haven’t heard any voices that shouldn’t be there or captured anything odd on camera. As hard of hearing as she is, a ghost would have to speak awfully loud for her to hear it and you’d think that would be heard on the video as well, if you believe the ghost hunter type TV shows and their claims of capturing EVPs.. lol.

She got up at 3:20 AM and went downstairs. I don’t know what she was doing for that hour and 10 minutes though. I checked the kitchen cam, but there were no recordings for that time period. She does say something about her toothbrush in this clip, which I found this morning in a ziplock bag along with the toothpaste on the kitchen table. She walks into the room and I can hear that she’s talking, but can’t hear what she’s saying.
“I can’t believe you’re stupid enough to throw my toothpaste away.” Yeah, the same toothpaste that SHE put in a ziplock, I was stupid enough to throw away.. lol. The clips I have for this time period was all about the toothbrush and toothpaste. She gets up and goes back to bed.
This is all I have for the day today. She mentions that she was told she could stay as long as she wanted to. Not sure who told her that since she never mentions who told her anything.

5:04 PM – That’s all I have for today. Out of 193 clips for the upstairs cam, there was just a handful where she was actually in them. The rest of them were from her leaving the TV on. I’ll have to see if there’s an auto timer setting on the TV or something so I’m not getting so many clips when she forgets to turn the TV off.

It seems someone doesn’t think she should have scissors in this clip. She’s chatty for several clips before this one, and the topic is her yarn, crocheting and not being allowed to have scissors. This one she seemed to get a little more irritated with whoever she was talking to.
She initially starts off in her bedroom talking and pointing at someone, although I couldn’t make out much of what she was saying. She then comes back into the room and then imitates the voice she hears, “Sandra, you don’t belong here anymore.”

Well, it’s Friday the 13th at 9:25 AM and I made it up to about 8:08 PM on the clips and I’m too bushed to keep going through them. She did end up going on to the topic of Warren and actually seemed to be having a conversation with his spirit (or whatever her mind perceives it to be.) She would tell him to accept the fact that he is dead and that she did everything she could do to save him. That went on for a while and the clip that I ended on, she was going on about Victoria/Veronica again. But, we’ll leave those and if I get up early enough, I’ll start on the Friday clips.

10:45 AM – Mom has woken me up a couple of times by opening and closing the side door to check on her Echo. After the last time, I went out to the kitchen to see that she was putting her coat on. I asked her where she was going and she said, “I’m showing that it’s my Echo and my house.” I told her that no one is taking her Echo, so stop with the obsession already. I got the “I’m not gonna argue.” crap, so just gave up. She took her coat back off and went upstairs.

Well, I just got woken up by her talking in the kitchen. It starts at about the 2:25 mark where she gives a thumbs up. Then there’s a wave and she suddenly stops rocking. She then starts going on about the house.

4:24 PM – I just finished going through upstairs footage and noticed she did a lot of hand gestures (mainly finger pointing) and there was a brief comment where she said, “I’m not chasing anyone out of here, but I don’t want to be threatened anymore.” There has been no threats, so I don’t know what she’s referring to. I didn’t upload the video since it was a 5 minute one and this was at the end. I’m going through the kitchen cam footage now to see if there’s anything else that I did manage to sleep through.

At the 1:20 mark, she opens the side door to check on her Echo, takes the recycling out and checks to make sure it’s still there again. This is one of the times I was woke up by the door opening.
As you can see by the time stamp, it’s only been a few minutes since she last check and she decides to check again.

4:54 PM – After reviewing the kitchen cam footage, at 1:57 PM, she says, “You could be arrested. That was a police officer that you hurt.” There was nothing else until the video that I posted at the top of the page.

This is a continuation of the top video. At about 1:30, she goes on about giving birth to us when I walk into the kitchen. I’m not happy about being woken up and said, “And shut it.” as I was heading to the bathroom. She didn’t say anything after that and went upstairs shortly after.
“Faye does not live here. This is my house. I don’t dabble in spirits.” I don’t know why she would bring up Faye, her sister is the only Faye I know. She confirms it’s her sister she’s talking about in a later clip. She hasn’t seen her for years. She’s pretty chatty in this clip. There was nothing before this for quite some time.
She wants someone to stop it and even says a prayer asking what she did to deserve this since evidently the spirits won’t leave her alone.

There were a couple more clips where she’s still talking about Faye and the spirits. She then gets up and goes downstairs. She gets back upstairs and goes down and repeats that 2 more times. She finally sits on her bed and talks for a bit, but I couldn’t hear what she was saying, so didn’t include that. That’s it until after midnight.

March 10, 2020

7:00 PM – I just finished going through today’s videos and there wasn’t any talking captured in any of them. Other than the normal up and down the stairs all day, the only other thing to report is that she decided to use my 10″ ceramic coated induction skillet to heat up some hot dogs… using a metal fork. I just happened to go out in the kitchen after she went upstairs and found them on the stove… heat still on. I threw them out, cleaned the pan and put it away. When she came back down later, she didn’t notice they were gone. The last time I know of that she did anything like that was several years ago and she ruined the skillet. I’m glad I caught it today when I did since that wasn’t a cheap one ($30.00 at Amazon.)

I think she may have had someone singing to her (probably that guy with the beautiful voice she’s talked about before.) She sat up there and did that for a half hour, went down to the bathroom, went back upstairs (doing the hand waving as she walked by) and sat down and did it for another 10 minutes. She then went into her bedroom and then came back out where I heard her talking from down here. Unfortunately, she wasn’t moving, so it didn’t trigger the motion sensor. Listening live, she does mention the beautiful voice, but also is going on about the Echo (shocking, I know.) She finally went back into her bedroom at 12:10 AM.

March 9, 2020

6:07 PM – It’s been really quiet today, so far. I almost posted a video where she goes upstairs and about a minute later, she goes back downstairs. There’s 2 of them today and there was 2 of them yesterday (one of them, she enters the room after going up the stairs, sits down, gets right back up and leaves the room to go back downstairs.) I decided not to post them because it almost seems petty, although it is annoying when I’m trying to sleep. She did sit at the bottom of the steps several times today and just sit and watch me. I don’t really care for an audience, but didn’t say anything about it. So yeah, that’s it unless something happens between now and when she goes to bed.

7:02 PM – Got some phantom banging going on now. Other than that, still quiet.

10:30 AM – I just got asked, “Are you retired now?” Uhhh, no Mom. I’m only 51. Can’t retire yet. I don’t know if maybe she thinks I should be at work or what, but that was an odd question that I’ve never been asked before. She’s also hearing the phantom banging noise again. I just heard her say something along the lines of, “There’s not supposed to be any banging in this house.”

12:50 PM – Mom has gone outside several times today. This time, I managed to see that she had gone out to the back deck and sat on the steps next to her car. She then got up and rubbed it where some top-coat paint has started to flake away near the trunk. While she hasn’t been chatty lately, her Echo is evidently still on her mind.

Just some off the wall scrawling that Mom left on the counter. See if it makes any sense to you.
She got a little chatty all of the sudden starting at 1:30. It’s about my Hot Red Camaro and then says “Don’t you dare hurt him. We’re depending on him to take us where we need to go.” I’m not sure who this we and us are. She doesn’t say anything else after the “Don’t you dare hurt him” comment.
About an hour after the last one and about 30 seconds in, she’s going on about arresting someone, then says, “It’s up to you to arrest yourself.” I kept that because I thought the idea of cops arresting themselves was amusing.
“There’s no way her keys fit my Echo.” Quiet until 1:35 when she tells someone that she’s at the house watching TV. She was told to “let you take care of it.” She doesn’t steal from anyone else, why should hers be taken from her? She wants hers parked where it belongs and left alone. Her keys should be in her purse. Someone downstairs should be taking care of her purse. She gets up and goes into her room and nothing else is said the rest of the night.

Out of the 125 clips that were triggered by the upstairs camera, those three were the only ones where she said anything. Maybe 50 of them were from her going up and down the stairs and another 50 were from the flicker of the TV setting it off in an empty room. Fairly quiet day.

March 7, 2020

This is amusing, but not really abnormal. In an earlier video, she had brought a cup of coffee upstairs. She got up a minute later and walked back downstairs. This is her coming up with another cup of coffee a bit later and discovering she already had one up here. She doesn’t say anything, just looks at the cups funny and drinks them (not worth watching the whole video.)
Out of the blue, someone is bugging her and she tells them to shut up.

7:45 PM – After reviewing all of the upstairs and kitchen camera footage, the 2 videos above are all that were worth posting and the one where she says Shut Up is the only one she talks in. I will say that I think changing her channel to TV Land was a good call. I see her smiling at the TV occasionally now (when she isn’t going up and down the stairs that is.) It may also be why she isn’t talking to dead people now since TV Land doesn’t have Ghost Hunter shows on it.

About a minute in, she comes into the room talking about her Echo again. She sits down and says something about her car again, gets up and goes back downstairs. I’ve seen a lot of that so far in looking through the clips, and it’s only 12:18 on this clip. This is the first one I’ve seen her talking so far. Most of the clips I have so far today are either as a result of her going up and down the stairs or from the flicker of the TV causing the motion sensor to trigger the recording.

March 5, 2020

She decided to turn the camera around this morning. If it happens again, I may end up having to hide it.

3:45 PM – She’s hitting the cereal really hard today for some reason. She JUST had a bowl a half hour ago and she just now fixed another bowl. She had two bowls this morning that I know of. She’s going to run herself out of milk and cereal before I get groceries Saturday morning (I just got some this morning.) It probably doesn’t mean anything, I just thought it was a little odd and worth mentioning.

5:20 PM – Well, I didn’t find and chatting today. She did a lot of carrying lamps up and down the stairs. Turns out one of them has a broken switch, which is why it wasn’t working. With all the trips up and down the stairs, she had probably worked up an appetite, which is why she may have had so many bowls of cereal today.
