4:00 PM – Mom came downstairs with remotes in hand asking which one she used. I went upstairs with her to get them sorted out and noticed that she had pieces of cardboard clothes-pinned to the mini-blind and asked her about it. She said that she had looked outside and a great big bird that looked prehistoric flew up and it was looking at her and she dove on the floor so it wouldn’t see her. She pinned up the cardboard so it couldn’t see her when she was sitting there. While expressing my amazement that a bird was now causing her problems, she said, “I know, you’re my brother and you’re Mr. Perfect.” I asked, “You’re brother?” she then thought about it and said, “Shannon, Jeremy, Chris and Troy.
